- Pressure testing and passivation of 38 complex stainless steel SKIDs, designed for high-purity media handling
- Full compliance with GMP/GDP documentation protocols
- Estimated duration: ~2 months
Setup & Equipment Mobilized:
- AEKS passivation skid pumps engineered for controlled acid circulation
- Oil-free compressor with integrated dryer, ensuring clean air supply for testing and drying
- Mobile DI/DEMI water treatment unit deployed on site for uninterrupted high-purity water production
